Neale received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University in 1982. She has been a fellow of The American Academy of Micropigmentation since 2000 and an active member of The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists.
She is currently employed by Dr. Richard S. Rosenblum and has practiced in the plastic surgery field for 25 years. Her focus is the injection of dermal fillers, Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox Cosmetic) and micropigmentation.
