Registration Information
Course Fees
Call 800.714.4811 for information. A deposit is required by check or credit card to secure a course date. Balance is due 14 days prior to date of course and may be paid by VISA or Mastercard.
Special Note
Once the deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail and phone call from our AAI Aesthetic Education Liaison detailing all information required to prepare for your individualized aesthetic instructional course. In order to provide the most optimal learning experience, each participant attending the course must be registered prior to the day of training. Office ancillary staff or other non-registered observers will not be permitted to attend.
Refunds
Please note: All cancellations must be received (not postmarked) in writing or by fax transmission to 800-517-7819.
A refund will be given, less a $150.00 administrative/processing fee if canceled 14 days prior to the start of the course. Any cancellation less than 14 days or “No Shows” will not qualify for a refund. If we are within the 14 day period and we are able to find a “replacement participant”, we will gladly switch your course fee to another applicable training date without penalty; however, if a replacement is not found the full amount of training will not be refunded. Due to this policy, weather related cancellations are considered “No Shows” if the program is conducted.
As we do require a minimum number of registrants per each class, and if we do not meet this minimum (14 days prior to the training), or for any other reason beyond our control the course is canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Please note Aesthetic Advancements, Inc. is not responsible for deposits to hotels, fees associated with necessary airline changes or non-refundable airline tickets.
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes fill well in advance, so it is advised to register as soon as possible. We cannot reserve space in this program without receipt of registration packet and payment. You will receive written confirmation from our office when we receive your payment/registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 days, please contact us. Your registration is not finalized until you receive a confirmation from our staff. Confirmations are generally sent via the email address you provide on your registration packet. Due to the limited space available in this class, we are unable to accommodate unregistered participants the day of training.

Target Audience
These activities have been designed to meet the educational needs of licensed physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and registered nurses involved in the care of the aesthetic patient practicing within their scope of practice.
Program Overview
With recent trends in aesthetic medicine, literature, and based upon the request of clinicians, formalized instructional courses to teach the principles and techniques for aesthetic injectables were developed.

Event staff will be glad to assist you with any special needs (i.e., physical, dietary, etc.). Please contact one of AAI’s Aesthetic Education Liaison’s prior to the live event at (800) 714-4811.
Eligibility for Courses
We ask that each registrant check with his/her State Licensing Board and review the practice act pertinent to their scope of practice. We do require you attach a copy of your valid state medical or nursing license with your registration packet. Please direct any “scope of practice” questions to a member of your state board, as we will be unable to answer questions pertaining to individual state legalities.
Aesthetic Advancements, Inc., hereinafter referred to as AAI, welcomes the attendance of all licensed Clinicians as students at their instructional programs. AAI acknowledges that some Clinicians may choose to attend a program located outside the Clinician’s home state, where his or her license is held. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the Clinician to contact the medical board of the hosting state and determine if the Clinician is allowed to take part in hands-on training with a limited number of patients. If the hosting state will allow participation, the clinician must provide AAI with documentation of said approval. The failure of a Clinician to obtain the necessary approval from the medial board of the hosting state and supporting documentation of approval will result in the immediate withdrawal by AAI of the Clinician’s application and a full refund for any deposits received will be issued or applied to a future program being held in the Clinician’s state of residence.
In states where scope of practice allows administration of injectables by allied health professionals with less than an R.N. degree, AAI will allow this medical professional to take part in the course only if they are accompanied by their Medical Director (i.e. MD, DO, PA, and in some states NP) who will pay the standard AAI program auditing fee for the course. We do not allow “observers” to attend. If you do not receive a written confirmation upon registration please contact 800-714-4811.
